    Je n’ai jamais reçu le mail pour le check in Heureusement que la femme de ménage a fait une apparition après plus de une heure a essayé de contacter l’hôtel puis vous pour pouvoir prendre ma clé dans le cadenas.

    Tyvärr blev vi lurade på boendet. Ingen information om sen incheckning skickades ut trots att det skulle ske, numret till boendet var fejk. Inget namn på dörren och dessutom ett svar fullt av lögner när vi reklamerade boendet till Hotels.com och dess kundtjänst.
