A duplex situated on the second and third floors, the flat offers privacy and a calm retreat from the lively streets below. The roof of the building is a lively shared social space, used by residents for gardening, working and dining with a magical view of the city skyline.
The living area is a cosy spot to unwind with a sofa, Sonos sound system and smart TV. Large floor to ceiling windows give a welcoming feel that makes you instantly feel at home. A dining area provides space for shared meals, while a new and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an induction hob, allows you to cook and enjoy meals with ease. A large clothes washer and separate dryer are provided in the apartment for your use, and fibre broadband gives you blistering internet speeds and a stable connection.
