Clean room, mostly very quiet (7 out of 8 days quiet …. on the last day of my stay there was a party downstairs and partygoers would step outside every 30 minutes or so (to smoke?) and were loud), efficient front desk staff, friendly and helpful staff at cafe counter (ground) …. and, Eleana was lovely to speak with. Great location with proximity to two Underground stations. Would have liked a fridge as I was there for 8 days.

Very good accommodation, quite spacious room for 2 with comfortable bed, spacious shower and big TV. Near of underground stations and easy access to the centre of London. We highly recommend this hotel and will book it again in our future travels!

Highly recommend this property! We opted for the suite which was really large for London. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great and really close to West Brompton and Earl’s Court tube stations as well as some really good pubs! We stayed for a full week and everything was perfect!
