Staff was super helpful and friendly! The room was a bit small but since I was traveling solo it worked for me. The only thing I would have to say was the WiFi was a little slow and spotty at times but otherwise a great experience!

Good location for Kings Cross, Euston and Bloomsbury. Good local area. Room a good size, simple and clean. Good bed with clean linen. As I paid for breakfast, my son’s was free. As a straightforward base for a visit to the capital, I’d stay again.

We enjoyed our one night stay here for a number of different reasons. It was close to St Pancras, the gentleman on the front desk when we arrived very kindly carried my suitcase up to the top floor (the stairs were very steep) which would have been difficult for myself. The room was small but we knew this when we booked it and the hot water in the shower wasn’t working in the morning and someone came straight away to fix it. All in all a nice experience.
