Good hotel. I liked checking in online and getting my key from the kiosk instead of having to wait at the front desk. Everything was clean and nice. I didn’t love having stairs in the lobby as it was a pain to get our luggage up and down them. I would have also loved if our luggage has been dropped off in our room while we were out as some of our other hotels had done. But it was a nice hotel, very clean and the room was nice.

Great hotel, but avoid connecting rooms

Wonderful hotel, but my room had a connecting door, and I could hear the person next door like she was literally in my room. Literally everything else was wonderful, but the soundproofing was quite poor -- not good for a light sleeper

Lovely hotel perfectly located for the London Underground. Hotel staff were great, really helpful. The room was lovely, clean and it was ready for us before we had even arrived.

Comfortable and Friendly Hotel

Although we only stayed for a couple of days, we found the Hotel to be clean, well organised and the staff warm & friendly, which was pleasantly surprising for an international hotel. Room was comfortable, with modern amenities. Would definitely recommend to friends.
