Host cancelled on day of arrival

We didn't get to stay at this property unfortunately. The owner didn't communicate at all with us before arrival, and when we tried to contact them for check-in instructions, the phone number didn't work. Vrbo had to intervene to get them to contact us, and that is when we heard they were doublebooked and couldn't accommodate us! I am yet to get my refund....

This property was dirty, smelly and disgusting. Garbage piled up in front of the door and the apartment had a terrible odor. The back patio was inaccessible and over grown with weeds. We did not sleep at the property asnd the owner would not refund the money.

Cancelled our reservation

He cancelled our reservation and didn’t bother to tell us until I messaged him the night of for check in instructions. Absolutely unacceptable to find out when you arrive in town at 11:00 pm you have no place to stay that night.

Comfortable flat in London. Not too far from Kings Cross station and closer to good restaurants , amenities etc. I recommend
