Everything that I wanted to go to, the Spitalfields Market, a great variety of restaurants, the museums, Royal Albert Hall, and even a shop to pick up basics, was all reachable within a short walk or short trip on the metro. It really is a perfect location if you're planning a stay in London.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For a 3 star hotel it was really nice. The bed was great. The staff were very helpful. There’s an amazing Korean restaurant across the road and the station next door as well as tesco express. My only complaints were I wish we had a fridge in the room and that the WiFi was stronger. It was a great price and a great stay.

The room was adequate. I requested 2 twin beds, which I got but they were an inch apart. The room was extremely small. But it was all we needed for a one night stay. I would stay again. I liked the location, walking distance to pubs, restaurants etc.

No phone in the room, A/C was broken the entire stay - even though they came after we called the front desk (from our cell phone since there was no phone in the room). We had to call them twice before they came to the room. They said it was fixed; but it wasn't. We had it on the lowest setting and we could not sleep. Window would only open a couple of inches because there was a metal chain on it (for safety I guess). The bathroom was the WEIRDEST bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel. It was a fiberglass "pod" they dropped into the room. I felt like I was using a plane or train bathroom. Really strange and TINY. For almost $500/night! Crazy.

This hotel was just fine, nothing more nothing less. It does not have AC and the rooms are dank, you also can’t open the windows. The breakfast is mediocre at best. There are three elevators and they are also small. They can’t fit more than 3 to 4 people in them, getting down in the morning whenever everyone was there for work was a hassle. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, but it’s fine for a short trip if you want to stay centrally in the city. The staff was very pleasant.

The staff were great, but our room was so small and stunk! When having a shower or washing your hands, the water would leak under the bathroom into the carpet outside the bathroom so it stunk. The shower door hinges were faulty, the fan in the bathroom was terrible so everything was steamed and wet, the view outside the window was looking straight into an office building. It was in a weird part of London woth a lot of not good people on the street, we didnt feel safe walking at night. We wouldn’t stay again

Ideal location near to tube station. This hotel is very good value for money. The room was very clean and provided all we required. Would definitely stay again.
