Had an excellent stay here. Hotel is in an excellent location, with direct access to many restaurants & Westfield Shopping Centre. Room was very clean. Also asked for a late check out & was allowed to leave at 2pm (rather than 12pm) which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Soundproof terrible gus next door came in at 3.30 drunk and tell asleep with the tv on full blast, it took until 5 am for the manager to get the fuse switched to disconnect the tv never even offered an apology or at least free breakfast, terrible

Centrally-located at the Stratford City Shopping complex, this hotel provides easy access to shopping, food, as transportation to the rest of London via the Tube station that serves multiple lines. Don't overlook the nearby Stratford Center for more affordable everyday items. Single line access to Heathrow Airport with a 50-minute trip that is accessible by elevator for those suitcases.
