Hotel lovely and clean, staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant although limited choice was good and breakfast very good lots of choice. The service in rooftop bar very slow and the area around the hotel very run down graffiti everywhere

Stayed here on my birthday and am so grateful to all the staff at Hyatt Place for making my birthday a memorable one! All the staff were absolutely amazing and made sure I was treated on my birthday, thank you so much! All the finishing touches in the room were lovely and the rooftop bar is amazing. Inconsistent room experience but a nice hotel

Beds were so creaky, it was difficult to adjust at all without making a sound. Our toilet was also very high off the ground for no apparent reason. This was my third time staying at this hotel and I’m not sure I’ll be back with the inconsistency of rooms. My last stays have been comfortable and the breakfast is great. Location is a little far from centre but it’s convenient for the tube. We also were able to do laundry easily nearby.

Last year I stayed at the Hyatt at the mall Westfield Mall and this year I stayed at the Hyatt here. I don't know what it is about housekeeping but they don't give you wash clothes. They are there when you check into the room but they don't do replacement and it happened at both hotels so I think this is just a hotel policy. The staff was really nice the staff at London City East east was really really nice and they made the trip worth it or to stay worth it. But I think I am done with Hyatt as far as London is concerned.

Loved this hotel! Fantastic amenities and a convenient location near tube stations. The Sicilian restaurant in the basement is amazing and the bar on the roof looked good too. We will be back!
