Firstly then checking experience at the reception was fantastic. The lady who was checking us in was very friendly, chatty, polite and happy. We did not remember her name but we do know, as she shared that with us, that she is Spanish Italian. She made the check in smooth, quick and fun. The room was fantastic, very clean with an amazing window which means that whichever side of the hotel you were you’d have a good view. The location I believe was just perfect. Away from crowded places tourists usually stay at but still very close to main attractions. Highly recommended.

Property is excellent with a 10 min walk to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Station. In London without the massive crowds surrounding the hotel. Breakfast is in their huge restaurant across the street only for hotel guests. The room met our expectations and had a good view of the London icon sites. The hotel is convieniently situated for transport links and in easy access of a lot of the top London sites. We really enjoyed the choice and quality of the breakfast offered.
