Great breakfast, convenient to public transport

The free breakfast had a large, diverse selection of food including gluten free products. The hotel's location was a short distance from the tube and several major bus lines so getting around the city was very convenient. The room was comfortable with an area to hang clothes but only one drawer for other clothing. The room was not large, but that's not important to me because when on vacation, I use the room for sleeping and not much more. The shower was good size with great overhead rain capability. I would stay at Riu Plaza again.

Minor inconveniences, overall good.

Overall happy with our stay. The staff was for the most part very friendly, unfortunately one guy wasn’t very nice and gave us the wrong bed. However, the hotel was very fresh and clean, as well as the restaurant. The breakfast was overall good expect for the waffles, pancakes and donuts. They were still slightly frozen both the times we ate there. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was very good.

We loved the location and how modern the property was. Housekeeping needs work as the standards for cleaning the room is not the best. I also think it's ridiculous that you cannot take little breakfast desserts with you out of the dining hall. As long as we paid for the breakfast, we should be able to carry if we are eating on the go. Fix this please.
