Great place to explore london.

Great location in a nice part of town. Plenty of shops to buy food, supplies etc... Excellent coffee shop across the street. Birds Hill. Micro-roasting what is possible the best coffee in all of London. 10 minute walk to Borough Market and the London Bridge tube line. Tate Modern is a few minutes away which makes it easy to go early before the crowds and its free! Staff is friendly, communal fridge is offered that staff control, room is efficient but comfy and climate control is good. They could use some art on the walls of the rooms. Breakfast is sufficient but the coffee across the street it so much better. Lobby is cute.

The fire alarm went off at all hours of the night. The staff said it was due to hot showers in the bath and the door was left open so it triggered the alarm. Very disappointed.
