I've stayed at the Heeton a few times now and this time when I arrived the room was too small and the TV in the room didn't work which was a shame as I was exhausted from traveling but it got fixed. I left for the weekend and when I returned for a few days I was given a wonderful room and will always ask for it.

Nice clean hotel staff were very friendly. Only would say mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and bunk beds creaked over all amazing location with everything you need on your door step will hopefully be coming back

We really loved this property. It had mixed reviews but the location is near the tube and eating and price was very reasonable. Our room had AC, window and a shower. Staff was very nice, properly was clean and in a safe area.

Great location, near to plenty of places to eat and drink as well as a tube stop. Staff were friendly helpful. The rooms are small and the lift was out of order when we were there, but for a stop over it was fine. The room itself was clean, as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. AC was on but didn't seem to do a lot, however there was a fan in the room as well which was fine.
