The room was great - looks like a refurbishment in the past 12-24 months, so everything looked good. The pillows let the otherwise comfortable bed down. Well located for the tube station, although a little further out from the centre of London

Hotel is on a very busy road with nothing else close by. Hotel breakfast was okay but evening meal was poor. Staff not overly friendly or helpful. It’s somewhere to sleep but that’s about it.

Great stay with family !! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very helpful staff. Location is excellent,easy tube access from Park Royal, especially with kids. Breakfast was good and the hotel felt safe and calm. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for families visiting London.
