Guesthouse + Garden - Westbourne Grove

A stunning newly built studio featuring an inbuilt kitchenette, wet room and a fabulous remote controlled bed which disappears into the wall. Light is maximised with a glass roof but privacy from the house is ensured with electronic blinds. This self contained studio has its own side gate access and entry phone system and is conveniently located just off Westbourne Grove, giving easy access to a delightful array of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

The space
"The Pod" will be entirely yours to enjoy and offers innovative style and minimalist interiors. The shared garden, to which you will have access, makes this the perfect space to recharge your batteries, and you'll have your own area with table and chairs.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay and a welcome pack will be left inside which should answer any queries that arise throughout your stay

Check in time is from 3pm until 10pm and Check out by 11am.

*Please note we will check the passport of the person who made the booking upon arrival *

Other things to note
Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.

Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and toilet roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. We also provide fresh, pressed bed linens and big fluffy towels for you. A linen change can also be arranged upon request and at an extra cost

Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £25 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed). If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.

There is only pay and display parking on the surrounding streets.

We will provide you with your own wifi code when you check in.

This property is not able to accommodate children.

There is no gas supply to The Pod, therefore no requirement for a carbon monoxide alarm.
