Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is fully furnished and very well-kept, featuring a sofa, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.

The bedroom area also includes a chest of drawers for added storage and convenience, as well as a walk-in wardrobe/cloakroom equipped with hangers, shoe shelves, and plenty of space to keep your belongings organised.

A dining table for four is also provided, which can be used as a comfortable workspace.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

With excellent transport links nearby, exploring the rest of London is both easy and convenient, whether you're heading to the West End, the financial district, or neighbouring Shoreditch's iconic street art and nightlife.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest underground station, Hoxton, is just a 6-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 1h10 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
