This exception apartment is ideal for those looking to be close to everything.
Located at the rear of the building with 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom there's plenty of space to relax in this quiet, well equipped apartment.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and share the family bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for dining and preparing meals. There is a generous dining area which is next to the spacious lounge area with plenty of space to relax and catch up at the end of a busy day or watch your favourite programs on the smart TV. There is also a balcony to sit out and enjoy your breakfast or an aperitif.

Conveniently located 2 minutes walk from the transport hub of Victoria and close to the heart of Pimlico, with a great selection of cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. In addition to local shops, including several boutique and specialist retailers, the popular shopping destinations of Kensington High Street (Harrods), Oxford Street (Sefridges), Westfield and Bicester are easy to get to.

Location was excellent. Minutes walk from Victoria to take various tube lines, and very walkable distance to other neighborhoods and major sites like Thames, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace etc. Communication with owners was excellent. Always quick to reply online and they were very accommodating with our late check in due to a cancelled (twice!) train coming in from Wales. The only critique I have is that the location appears more dated/tired/worn in person. The images online present it as more modern and “new”. The size of the space is great, it’s just more dated and old interior looking than expected.If you need space and an excellent location in Central London, this is a great option to consider.

Pros:- Modern building close to Victoria Station - Location fantastic, with lots of restaurants and access to transportation.- Walkable to most major tourist sites- 3 bedrooms in an expensive area of the cityCons- Property manager checking us in was very rude. When we asked if there were more towels, she said no in a rude manner. When I asked how to use the stove, she told me that the guide was in a cabinet and when it wasn't there, she told me it must be somewhere without trying to solve the problem. - Property lacks touches that make a stay more comfortable. For example, there are 2 tiny trash cans in the whole apartment. Also, providing one towel per person and 2 hand towels for a week long stay is not reasonable. - Window in master bedroom cannot be opened because it is broken, which was uncomfortable. (I asked about it and no attempt was made to fix it during our week long stay.)- The property feels worn. The carpets are dated and some little things are broken (e.g., toilet seat cover)- AC only in master bedroom and living room only and doesn't work well. It was hot and management did bring a fan, which I appreciated. If location is your primary focus, this is a great place to stay.

Excellent location for a London visit. A 5 minute walk to Victoria underground station made navigating London very easy. Near the station was a Market Halls that had multiple food vendors for a quick bite that satisfied various tastes. The area was safe and had many restaurants and food stores. The unit was a nice size for a family of 5 to spread out. It was very clean and we always had hot water for showers.Having someone meet us at check in was a plus.I was nervous about doing laundry in the combo washer/dryer, but it was rather easy when following the directions. Clothes may have dried a bit wrinkly, but there was an iron and ironing board to use. We didn't find the electric drying rack to be that useful.Early check in was offered and we were charged for it, but I appreciated that we were guaranteed the ability to check in when we arrived.The only issue I noted was that we paid for 8 nights but our flat was not cleaned during our stay. It didn't distract from the wonderful visit we had - but from other reviews it seemed that this was provided when booking for 8 nights or longer so I didn't ask about it upon arrival.

This is a very comfortable 3 bedroom flat. The beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. There is a small balcony over an inner courtyard that was comfortable on a warm day. I would agree with other reviewers that the AC was pretty ineffective. I was surprised and pleased that we had a thorough cleaning and linen change mid way during our 8 day stay. The location is excellent, a stone’s throw from Victoria Station. Good communication with the landlord and the check in process. All round excellent place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Location is perfect for touring London. Very close to Victoria Station, grocery store, restaurants and other amenities. Always felt safe. It had everything we needed for our family of 5. As another reviewer mentioned, bring your own washcloths or loofahs, if you use them. Only towels provided are bath towels and hand towels. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Location - Nice Place!

Stayed here for 11 nights and never had any major issues. The location is top notch, just a quick block from Victoria Station and close to loads of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and even a grocery store.With all of the nearby amenities and being located in a robustly populated area, we were pleased with how quiet the flat was...never had an issue with noise, day or night.We opted for an early check-in (due to our flight schedule) and Liz met us to explain everything in the flat: which was incredibly helpful.This was when we found out the terrace was off limits due to an issue with structural stability. Not a dealbreaker as it is winter, but it would have been nice to know we couldn't even open the door for some fresh air, let alone "enjoy coffee in the morning" as the listing boasts.The only other small gripe my group had was in the low number towels. We know Brits don't often provide facecloths/flannels, but an extra hand towel or two would have been nice. Picky Americans...too accustomed to linen decadence. We managed.Overall, the place was clean, the price was right, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. Book this place if it's available, fellow travelers!Thank you, Rodney and Liz!

Great apartment and location, terrible service after arrival.

The good - Upon arrival we were provided early check in and we were greeted right on time by someone who provided us with access to the property and showed us what’s what. The flat is a good size and was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with some fresh fruit and snacks which was nice after a long travel day. The property is steps away from a handful of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the underground station. The location was convenient and in a good area. We felt safe there at all times. The bad - Once we got settled we noticed there was one full sized bath towel per person and one hand towel per restroom. There were no washcloths or hair towels so we reached out to the property manager asking for one washcloth and one hair towel per person in addition to the single per person towel that was provided. We received a response right away stating that we would need to pay them 20 pounds *cash* to obtain additional towels. I responded and asked what was included in the added cost and questioned their request. (We paid thousands of pounds to stay at this property for a week and now they wanted additional cash for a few towels, which we felt should have been included to begin with.) We never heard back from them again. I tried to reach out a total of three times after our request and we never received a response or towels. The bedrooms - One room was so small there was just enough room for the bed and that bed was very uncomfortable. The other two rooms and beds were fine.

Perfect Location

This flat is perfect for exploring London! I stayed there for a week with my family -- ranging from 83 years old to 10 years old! The directions given regarding the flat at check in were very clear. The location is very close to the Victoria station - which can get you anywhere! The building is secure and the neighborhood is safe. We did not make any meals in the flat as we were out and about daily. I would absolutely stay here again on another visit.
