The room was clean and the staff friendly. However when I asked at special assistance at the downstairs desk for an under the pillow alarm for my daughter and myself who are both deaf, they assured me house keeping would leave one or two in our room. When we returned there were no devices. We only stayed one night so I didn’t comment to reception when leaving. The breakfast was a great selection.

This Hotel was perfect for our four-night stay in London. The twelve floor sports an awesome bar (Savage) with fine dining and a view that is spectacular especially at night. It's centrally located to Tower of London, Millennial peer, and close to some very good restaurants. All Bar One is perfect for drinks and good food. Bodeans offers some excellent smoked barbeque dishes. Both are a short walk from the Hotel. Natural Kitchen, located in the lobby was our first meal, and did not disappoint. I feel that we scored an ace by getting this Hotel. It was for us, the Perfect London vacation!

Lovely staff throughout the hotel. We ad the Executive King room which was nice but still quite basic but did what it needed for one night. Breakfast was lovely as were drinks on the rooftop bar.

We will never return to this hotel. They have a nightclub on the 12th floor that blasts music out and the hotel staff do nothing when it is disturbing guests, it was very clear that the hotel were far more interested in the revenue from the night club than the comfort of it's guests. We had a very long day and wanted to get an early night and the night club was so loud we could not get to sleep. The hotels idea of a solution was to give us 6 ear plugs. The Hilton Group needs to decide if it wants to be a night club or hotel. This experience has completely changed our view of the Hilton Brand. Money making first and hotel guests comfort and welfare a very distance second.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is very close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, two of our favorite places to visit. There are several shops and eating places nearby. The hotel is more business-friendly every year.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

Great location. Staff were great. We had a problem with room service but it was sorted quickly and very efficiently. I forgot the staffs name but special thanks to them. We will be back. Great bar in the lobby and the roof top club was amazing.
