The hotel overall was nice, but it stated there was a spa and pool onsite. Neither one of those are at this property and when you ask them they say management knows and they’re working on fixing it. Also got a room with a courtyard view. There is absolutely no view and you look into peoples apartments. Location is good and safe.

Expedia/Hyatt advertised room as "King bed, river view, high level".It was a Queen bed on 6th floor of a 15-storey hotel. Hotel staff said "In UK, a "king bed is same size as US queen" and refused to budge when I told them this is false advertising esp to US customers. They would not move my room. A surprise added charge of $100 for checking in early was removed after I complained. Disappointed with Expedia and Hyatt.

The room itself was amazing, but the bed was very firm, and the pillows were so hard and had a mind of there own. We were unable to get a comfortable nights sleep, and giving the price for a nighys stay, a comfortable bed would of been great. My partner did find a coffee stained piece of paper wedged along the skirting, along side of dirty tissues under the bed. I was not made aware of a £50 deposit when I booked the room, and on arrival I had to pay. We Only had one robe one pair of slippers for the both of us 🙃

The property is super nice & it is so convenient to so many of the tourist attractions! We were able to walk to so many of the places. There are 2 restaurants here. We've eaten at the POTUS restaurant for breakfast. They have a small buffet in the morning. They charge £26 per person, which is pretty expensive for what they offer. They do offer a small breakfast menu. Absolutely LOVE the slower! The shower head is amazing, as is the water pressure! I definitely recommend staying here!

Great location for Parliament and Westminster right by the river. The tube was an easy 10 minute walk away. Rooms were well equipped and maintained. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Romana who checked us in. For the price we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt for our trip to London during our anniversary visit to Europe and had a great experience staying there for 3 days, 2 nights. They let us check in early, which we greatly appreciated, because we arrived at least 3 hours before check in. Our room was nice. We had immediate assistance when we needed support with our TV. On our first day, we ate at the American style restaurant downstairs, POTUS, and the service was great. The only thing to note is that sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for food so you should not go when you are rushing to go somewhere. We did dine in eating for dinner and it was very convenient, though it took 30 minutes to come, which was the only set back. The food presentation and taste were great. The spread for the continental breakfast was also convenient and was very good. It may be a bit pricey but the all you can eat spread does make it worth it. It is about a 15-20 min walk from most of the buildings to see and we walked but public transport is an option. When checking out, we needed a place to store our stuff l since our train back to France was later in the day. They had too many late check outs to extend our time, but they did a complimentary extension of one hour and an additional hold of our luggage post check out so that we could have our final meal at the POTUS, which really helped us to spend time doing some last minute things and eating comfortably. If we go back, we would certainly stay here again.

The staff in the bar /breakfast area was very attentive and , Jazz in particular, and the reception girls . The breakfast has a good selection -its a shame the hot food in the carvery is warm/cold ,
