The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The TV didnt work. There was no hairdryer. The sink was tiny so water went all over the floor. The bathroom light stopped working when I had a shower! Only one towel provided and no floor mat.

Was down for one night with my wife for a concert. Rooms were surprisingly decent size and clean and comfortable. Window looked out onto an enclosed wall space but we were not there for the views. Our stay was satisfactory we would choose this hotel again as perfect location. The carpet inside room could benefit from an upgrade and there was a weird mouldy smell coming from bathroom but we only needed a basic room for one night so worked.

For the price you pay, the property is fair. The location is excellent, this is the main reason we stayed here. One thing that really does need considering however is the window in the family room. We have a young daughter who could reach the window, and needed constant supervision because she was able to easily open them and there was a sheer drop the other side!

Central and affordable

This hotel is in a very central location in London, but our price was still affordable. The room was small but functional. We even had a balcony. Private bathroom in great shape. We stayed here in the middle of the summer and the ac (though noisy) was a welcome bonus. Direct tube to St Pancras and the Eurostar trains. The street is busy with traffic 24/7 so expect that.

Hotel nice position in between Gloucester rd and Earls ct in Cromwell Rd. Reception friendly. Rooms hard to find odd numbering system. Rooms are fine, quiet, showers abit broken need fixing Room 303. My card didnt work so had to return to reception but very helpful male receptionist, and left his number on case of other issues. Room perfectly good and bed.
