The most simple things can ruin a stay - who could imagine getting a recipe / invoice for expense purposes could be so difficult. 7 phone calls, unanswered email and broken promises. I am still waiting.

Clean room. Perfect location for Royal Albert hall. Bathroom smelt musty. Sockett hanging from the wall. Loved the chrome casting on the TV, brilliant. However, the dammed thing wouldnt stay off and kept turning itself back on!

I have stayed there before and really enjoyed it.. the room was fine but really cold. I asked for this to be sorted and was ensured a maintenance person would come. However on returning from. Day out it was still cold. We had to put towels over the vents to minimise cold air.. only negative otherwise good hotel

Have stayed at this hotel 2 times now, and would love to come again. The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable. There is a fridge in the room, the bathroom has a fantastic shower and bathtub. If you want good service, a clean room, good location, a good price, this is for you.

Really nice hotel but walls must be a bit thin as I could hear the people next door very clear and also above me. We were there for 3 nights and had fresh towels every day, the room was very clean and a good size. We had one meal in the evening and it was very nice and well priced as they had a deal on, although we did wait about 45 minutes for the meal so I did refuse to pay the sur-charge. The waitress that served us was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. All the staff was very friendly. We didn’t take breakfast so cannot comment.

Check in great and efficient, room adequate though a bit in need of updating. Food in The Green Stag was good and service by Kavyak was excellent, hard working lady! Our room had a connecting door and the people in that room were very loud and we were woken up at 5.40am by them!!!
