Great location for Wembley and Central London. Staff lovely, check in fairly efficient. Rooms a little tired and seemed to be no water pressure so showering very difficult, just a trickle of water. Well the room allocated to us on check in was not cleaned. They changed the room immediately with no fuss and compensate with 2 free drinks. This was acceptable to us . Car park is very tight, no way to get easy access. You have to park up then go to reception for them to let you in. Signage to car park inside the hotel is mis leading. Room was good including AC. Hotel just looks like it needs a bit of tlc.

Hotel location/surroundings not quite as expected. Car park entrance not obvious, ended up going round block again. But hotel was nice, clean, staff were friendly. Brekkie was great. And great location for getting into London on Thameslink or Jubilee line. It is on a busy main road though with lots of late night shops/takeaways, so hardly any sleep as the window wouldnt close. But air con was ace!

Very welcome and very clean room massive beds and massive tv. I did have to looknfornthw coffee etc, it was stored in a cupboard. Pillows were good too and the breakfast was exactly.what we needed. Highly recommend this hotel has its own bus stop so you can get there easily and go explore london.

The hotel is well situated with a 10-15 walk to Willesden cross tube station. The hotel is in great need of up keep. The bedroom was clean, bed comfortable but the bathroom was a different story. The plug to the sink was out with a gaping plug hole. The shower head wasn’t attached to the water, so a bath was my only option. The flush kept running albeit slowly but continual. I backed onto the pool so no natural light. The room was lovely and cool which was a blessing. The breakfast was nice. The staff were all friendly, and happy, It was only a 1 night stay so the comfy bed was the highlight.
