This was excellent value for money compared to other options in the area. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, it felt safe for solo travellers, the communal spaces were modern and fun and excellently maintained and the room amenities were superb. Will be staying here again

Just got back from my solo trip to London and had a great experience staying at citizenM. The hotel was clean, modern, safe, and in a really convenient location for getting around the city. The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable throughout my trip and would definitely stay there again.

This was a great location, central to everything and close to the Borough Market (if you a foodie must go!). Across the street is M&S Simply Food (convenience store), lots of coffee and food options, and easy access to public transportation. Accommodation was clean, friendly staff, easy check-in and out.
