I was greeted by a really lovely worker, he was friendly and professional, and offered a free upgrade which was very kind and made my stay feel more special. The room was a perfect temperature, spacious and had a lovely tea and coffee station. Hair dryer included which is always a nice bonus and spare towels. Great little hotel in a good area. Everything is small including the bathroom but it worked for me. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only 5 min walk to Paddington station and shops, restaurants etc. I would go back again. Well worth the money.
