Access the house and find the living room on the right hand side, tastefully decorated and fitted with a sofa, a fireplace, an upright piano and chairs. The room is decorated with lovely pieces of artwork.

KITCHEN
The vast kitchen boasts comfort and light and is finished with sleek white furniture, offering allt he utilities needed for a comfortable stay. A dining table for 10 people is placed by the glass doors leading to the private garden. The room features a sitting area as well, with armchairs by the fireplace and a small pool table, perfect for relaxing and entertaining with friends and family.

FIRST BEDROOM
This bedroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a king sized bed and a bath tub by the windows overlooking the neighbourhood and facing the fireplace. The en-suite bathroom features a double wash basin, a walk-in shower and a WC.

SECOND BEDROOM
This room is also located on the first floor and offers a trundle bed which extends to sleep 2 people, a wardrobe and a desk. The windows look over the garden.

THIRD BEDROOM
This room is situated on the second floor and offers a double bed, a desk by the windows and plenty of toys.

FOURTH BEDROOM
Located on the second floor, this room features a double bed, a desk by the windows, a fireplace, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a WC, a single wash basin and a walk-in shower.
