Its expansive scale and cool colour palette would be enough to evoke a sense of the majestic Thames flowing nearby, or perhaps the sweeping tranquility of neighbouring Battersea Park. But the architect didn't stop there, expertly shaping this home around lofty skylights and cavernous glass ceilings, allowing the light to flood in and illuminate these interiors in all their glory. You're greeted by a luxurious living room and study, where soft tones and elegant touches (vintage marble fireplace and spangled gold chandelier, anyone?) sit bathed in the light pouring through those splendid double doors on to the kitchen. The latter pairs sleek surfaces with azure accents, and is practically begging for a few dinner parties with family and friends. Plus, whether it's al fresco weather or not, that well-placed glass ceiling means you can enjoy any meal basking under the open skies.

If there's one spot we'd like to try out on a warm summer's evening, it's got to be that delightful garden, with its sun-trap patio shaded by climbing vines and beautifully tended flowerbeds.

No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Well-behaved dogs allowed on request. This home is set over four floors. The second bedroom has a small double bed (4ft). Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and the bathrooms boast underfloor heating. Please note that the basement of the house is closed off. There is an office in the basement which might be used outside of holiday periods, but it has a separate entrance and is not accessible from the house to ensure complete privacy. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
