The apartments is beautiful and looks better in person then on the pictures. This was my second is it here. What made it for me was the reception staff Chloe and Jasmine who were very friendly, but professional and Jasmine even signed me up as member and told me about all the perks and even gave me a late check out. I tried to stay another night but they were fully booked not to my surprise and it a lovely place, but Izzy helped me find another place to stay and helped me out with the directions. The staff here are great and this is why I will return again as they made my experience!!

Space doesn't allow to write all that I wish, but we had trouble with the air conditioning (we were never able to control the in-room unit), we had trouble with communication (hotel staff saying they would do something but didn't; restaurant being closed one night with no warning), property amenities says laundry detergent (there was none) and also free toiletries (only shampoo was provided and that was after asking for it). We were provided dish and dishwasher soap, but hand washing soap and shower gel we found necessary to purchase. Transportation was an issue due to the closest station being a National Rail line not the Tube. Overall, we enjoyed the property very much. Amenities needs to be updated. It needs to be made clear that the train station is not a tube station. To the front desk personnel: Don't make promises you will not keep. The room was larger then expected. Overall, very clean. There is a heated towel rack (not a heated floor). Washer/dryer (2-n-1) in the room and dishwasher. Very close to a lot of grocery options and restaurants. Finally, the view from our particular room was beautiful. Full length window looking into downtown London. Price we paid was well worth it. I would very much recommend this hotel especially for extended stays.

Everything was fine except very displeasing firealarms, two weekly exercices, two toaster alerts, one at six a.m during our 17 nights stay. Besides, our apartment hotel was very cosy, quiet, and the staff mostly serviceable. Mentions to Clarence, Izzi, Emmanuella and Jasmine for small details. Bravo.

This hotel is conveniently located next to Metro station. Restaurants and cafes with delicious food around the area within walking distance. Staff welcomed us with a smile and were kind, friendly and very accommodating.

Excellent family hotel! Nice situated in a suburb.

Absolutely nothing to complain about! Good personal and skilled staff in the reception. Very helpful also when the family came apart in London and two of them returned without "Key-card".

The one bed apartment I had was nice. The biggest problem was a bright green light right above the bed, and when I say bright - literally lit the entire room with this green light. When I complained about it (given the price of the room) I was told "everyone complains about this, but it's a safety light". If everyone is complaining about it, you should put this in the room description "bring your own eye sleepwear, otherwise you will be kept awake every night". It's just not good enough. The room was also meant to be cleaned on day 7 - they made the bed and changed the towels. No cleaning done or dishwasher emptied. Otherwise, it's close to transport, restaurants and shops.
