The hotel is fine. The gym has no weights and had no towels or water. It honestly could do with a bit of TLC. The room air con was so so noisy it kept me up at night. The lights by the bed were broken so you could only have the full room lights on. There’s no shampoo other than a body and hair wash but I used it and it was chronic

I booked this to pay on arrival with free cancellation up to 2pm the day before check in, the hotel still took payment 2 days before without my authorisation. The area is dirty, lots of rough sleepers and felt very unwelcoming. I found some staff helpful and some to be very rude. I definitely won’t be returning

The room was smaller than it looked on the pictures...Nothing to be really mad about as it is a common selling practice...However, when asking Reception about larger room options for a future stay, we were given a business card as a prompt reaction, as opposed to offer us to physically see the other rooms...NOT a good selling practice ! This being said, the hotel is very nice and clean, and extremely well-located near the Euston train station. We will still consider coming back.
