Property was disappointing, staff were unhelpful and also had limited space to store baggage trying to oppose restriction of one luggage each when the key for this hotel is the proximity to the train station. Room was incredibly small and bed/bathroom contained hairs and poorly cleaned

Excellent attentive service in modern clean hotel

Really great experience every time we had contact with the staff at the hotel. Smooth and efficient check in and check out. Room facilities excellent; comfy beds, huge Apple TV, good hairdryer, coffee machine and lots of charging points. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there was a lot of traffic noise overnight, and bathroom very compact for two girls staying together in twin room.

There was nothing wrong with the property except for size, I don’t ever remember being in a room and bed so small and the bathroom was even smaller. The property was really clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Size was our only problem.
