Location was perfect.On the first morning of our stay (a Sunday) there was no hot water: Our host, Emma, was outstanding, responding helpfully in seconds. When it transpired the boiler malfunction couldn't be fixed she immediately arranged our transfer to a very similar apartment in the same block. Breakdowns happen - and the fact that it was a Sunday made Emma's life even more difficult - her response, the way that she kept us informed and made alternative arrangements was exemplary.We've downgraded it to a four star rating firstly because in amenities it states there is parking - which suggests it is available and inclusive as part of the rental - whereas you have to arrange and pay for it at a local NCP site (not cheap!) and because the second apartment had minor issues with a shower door that leaked, a door handle missing and another bedroom door that didn't shut properly - but in fairness, the first apartment had no such issues and Emma had no opportunity to check for and redress these issues before arranging the second apartment in a hurry on a Sunday.
