I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Parking was available, which made everything much more convenient. I also had a great time at the pool and truly enjoyed the day overall. Staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and clean, pool was warm (ok for a dip but a bit busy, and not big enough for a good swim), and breakfast was good with everything being replenished constantly. Lovely short stay. Directions when we got of the DLR were not great, we followed some other people to find the 2nd floor entrance.

We stayed at this property twice in the last month as we toured Europe with family. We got a free room upgrade as the family rooms were overbooked when we arrived. Great hotel for the Excel Centre, perfect for any business travelers that are doing an exhibition at the Excel. Decent pool, steam room, sauna, and the rooms were nice. Cleaning staff actually cleaned the rooms everyday and the staff were nice.
