The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional and very helpful. Hats off the front desk staff dealing with lots of inquiries and the manager on duty in the afternoon 30/08/25 forgot his name was so patient and sorted all our requests promptly and professionally as it was my son’s birthday and nothing was too much for him. The rooms were very clean and breakfast so good with plenty of options and staff so helpful and cheerful. The location is excellent by the Excel and lots of things to do and it’s near the motorway. It offers plenty areas to sit and relax outside of the rooms with a convenient cafe on site where u can buy snacks which is good. It is very quiet no noisy and we slept really well. In the passage areas it well lit and some beautiful soft and relaxing music playing at the background during the day. We highly recommend and will certainly be back.

It is a very nice hotel but, they need to balance there late checkouts as I got there at 15:45 and my checkin wasn’t until 16:30 which is almost a hour in the lobby waiting. The restaurant menu was limited and even when I express that menu is limited they weren’t willing to have any flexibility as they said even though it’s dead on 10pm and that there last call I can’t have any thing from the main menu…the reception staff were great and facilities very clean and presented well
Overall a good stay, spoiled by the idiot smoking in his room which resulted in being evacuated and having to stand outside for an hour early hours Sunday morning, not the hotels fault but would of expected an apology of sorts the next morning but wasnt even mentioned
We spent two nights and it was an amazing experience, starting from the reception to the restaurant, breakfast was excellent and the staff were amazing and friendly and ready and willing to help especially Parbati, Miha, Sshiva and Chirather, these four were exceptionally helpful, friendly and helped us had the best dining experience, I would definitely recommend and I’m looking forward to visiting again!
The staff, were nice and professional but the rooms were depressing with no color and I had to change room. Previous room was musky, when I complained a staff came to dpray the room with my husband and myself in the room. So strange and offensive. I finally was given a decent room. Brakefast was boring and same thin repeated daily. I stopped going on my 3rd day.
