Absolute wastage of money and time...

This was my worst stay in Lonavala in last 8 years. If there is provision for money back, i’d Like to get my money back. My whole weekend got screwed.

The hotel is off the highway and its not easy to find.. The rooms are terrible and not clean at all. Towels were smelly. The hotel only look good in pics

Great Service, Good Food and Peaceful Environment

The hotel is situated in a little secluded area. But that works in favour of people who have come to Lonavala for retreat and a peaceful stay. The hotel staff was very efficient and cooperative. The room service was very prompt and the food was good. They also arrange fun activities for all the guests every evening and make it a point that every guest is invited. Overall a value for money stay if you want a cosy room with minimum of outside nuisances.

A decent stay

My parents and in-laws visited this place this week and found it very good. It was quiet, calm and serene. Certainly apt for families. But is it worth the money? I am not so sure. It is expensive for what it offers. But certainly a good place to stay.

Guest friendly staff and nice service.

I with my wife were travelling to Nethravati Express but train got 6 hrs delayed. When I called up in Hotel and told about late check in they helped us to comfortly check in . Finally we checked in at 1:15 AM late night but didn't faced any diffculty. Hotel staff is quite friendly and buffet brekfast have lot of varities. From 2 kind of sprouts to various noth and sound indian dishes. taste was also good. Stayed 2 nights and in all it was good stay.

Decent place if u have low budget

Initially service was bad, later on experienced a little better one. Room beds were not soft at all. Food was average. They didn't have a covered car parking. So my car had to be parked under the rain for 3 days. Try only if u have a low budget there are other good places if your willing to spend some more money.

Convenient for seeing Bhaja, Bedsa and Karla caves

As the name suggests its located right next to the Mumbai Pune Expressway flyover - I could see and hear the traffic from my room. I chose it for seeing the Buddhist caves. The location was convenient but a bit dreary. Room, Lobby & Restaurant were comfy and clean. Service was indifferent and not very communicative. I got a good discount for 3 nights but otherwise would think it expensive for where it is.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. it is a very good hotel in terms of customer compliance with an attractive reception. the hotel is far from the city which has its own pros and cons. kindly take your own vehicle as auto fares are too high.

Over rated hotel

While booking I was promised a bathtub which none of the rooms had . Also please train your reception to welcome the guests with a smile . The room-service charges are too high . And shops are at least 2-3 Kilometers far from the hotel. Even the shower wasn't working .And when i had entered the dining area my bags were shifted when I went to refill my plate from the table where I was seated beacuse some one else wanted to sit there, this happened without my permission. this is a over rated place and I would never visit this place again

Reasonably priced clean hotel

Stayed for one night only. Room and bathroom excellent. Breakfast simple but tasty. This is a dry hotel, no bar. Food reasonably priced. This experience is of a deluxe room. Everything well maintained and whole hotel was clean.
