Holiday house with panoramic view to the North Sea! Originally built in 1949, the house was completely renovated in 2010 and refurbished. In the pebble floor of the house you will find a bright living room with sitting area, wood stove and access to the west-facing balcony, a bedroom and a guest toilet. From the balcony you have wonderful views to the coast, to the point Rubjerg Knude! The ground floor is the bright and modern kitchen / lounge area, also with sea views. The kitchen equipment includes u.a. a big, American fridge. In addition, there are two bedrooms downstairs, both with direct access to the terrace area, as well as bathroom, hall and utility room. Next door in the smaller, detached Annex you will find another room, equipped with a sofa bed, PlayStation Playstream II, DVD player and pool table, table football, air hockey and an additional flat screen for the pastime. The furniture in the house has been tastefully put together, in a modern style and with some appealing details. From the living area downstairs you have direct access to a well-protected courtyard, where you can enjoy the sunny days and cozy barbecues in peace. To minimize energy costs, an air-to-air heat pump was installed in the house. In the area there is a common area with pétanquebahn and bench. No rental to youth groups desired!
