Charming village centre property

Spacious conveniently situated property with three large double bedrooms a short walk from the village centre in Loix. Comfortable lounge and separate large dining room. Garden offering both sun and shade. Well equipped for self catering and seemingly endless hot water Easy access by bicycle to the whole island. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our 4 week stay and are happy to recommend the property to the extent that we are considering returning in the future The only drawback is that having an estate car (VW Passat ) we were unable to park in the spacious garage due to the siting of the boiler

TrÚs belle maison typiquement de Ré. TrÚs bien équipée, literie de trÚs bonne qualité, équipements trÚs complets. TrÚs bel extérieur avec transats, barbecue, etc. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour. Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Christine est disponible et trÚs agréable.

Une maison confortable Ă  2 pas de la plage

Une semaine a Loix, juste au bort de la plage (100m) dans une grande maison tres bien equipee (equipements de cuisine, 3 salles d eau, 2 toilettes, internet, garage, barbecue) et spacieuse et confortable pour 8 personnes (4adultes, 4 enfants). Nous avons pleinement profite du logement situé au calme, peu de passage de voiture mais plutot des pietons et cyclistes. Nous avons egalement recu beaucoup d informations concernant les environs (restaurants, pistes cyclables, magasins) lors de la remise des cles. La maison avait egalement beaucoup de jeux de societe pour les enfants et les adultes. Possibilite de se garer sur le parking au bout de la rue.

Superbe maison !

TrÚs bon accueil de Christine et nous avons passé une trÚs bonne semaine, la maison est idéale pour une famille, spacieuse , de grandes chambres et un petit extérieur trÚs fleuri et trÚs agréable. A refaire.

Location trÚs bien située à Loix, trÚs tranquille avec un petit jardin Le gros soucis a été l'invasion de fourmis dans la cuisine et la véranda...Propreté limite à l'arrivée dans la cuisine et la véranda De plus l'accueil et le départ ont été perturbés par le Covid !

Belle maison et bon emplacement

Belle maison, bien équipée et tout à fait fonctionnelle. De plus, elle est bien placée, dans un lieu calme, proche de la mer, faciles pour des ballades, des visites et proche du centre de la ville pour accéder au marché, à la Poste, la boulangerie... Nous y retournerions bien volontiers.

Agréable maison au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison réthaise de charme dans le calme village de Loix . On y trouve tout le confort,de l'espace,y compris dans la formule pour quatre. Agréable jardin fleuri et ombragé sans vis à vis. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Christine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Haus mit viel Charme

Ein Haus mit viel Charme und schönem Ambiente, kleinem aber gemĂŒtlichen Garten. GerĂ€umiger Wintergarten. Bestens ausgestattet, was KĂŒche, Geschirr, ElektrogerĂ€te etc. anbelangt. Gute Betten und gute sanitĂ€re Einrichtung. Loix liegt etwas abseits der Touristenströme, zu den Bademöglichkeiten Landseite (weniger Wellengang) sind es nur wenige hundert Meter, nĂ€chster Strand auf der Seeseite ist ca. 3,5 km entfernt, mit Fahrrad in ca. 15-20 min erreichbar ( man macht auf der Ile de RĂ© ja das meiste mit dem Fahrrad). Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und werden wiederkommen.

Petite maison idéale au coeur d'un village préservé

La maison est situĂ©e au coeur du village de Loix. Typique et prĂ©servĂ©. Maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs facile. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Location en format 4 personnes / 2 ch. taille de la maison idĂ©ale. Attention la vĂ©randa... comme toutes les vĂ©randas... chauffe trĂšs vite ! En revanche la chambre "VIP" est trĂšs bien isolĂ©e mĂȘme en cas de forte chaleur. AccĂšs au garage pour rentrer les vĂ©los. Abri dans le fond du jardin avec le barbecue Jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able avec soleil et ombre. On n'a jamais ressenti la petite taille de celui ci et y Ă©tions trĂšs bien. Sans vis Ă  vis. Accueil par Christine trĂšs chaleureux. La maison Ă©tait impeccable.
