Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir hatten Urlaub mit Hund gemacht. War total entspannt. Der Garten ist vollkommen eingezäunt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Haus Karli Außenanlage für Sommer manfel

Haus innen war ok, bis auf schmutzige Badgardine und Doppelrollos im Wintergarten. Außenanlage, außer gemähter Rasen, schmutzig, alles voller Spinnweben um das gesamte Haus u. Schuppen. Außendusche: keine Ahnung, ob funktionstüchtig, ebenfalls von Unkraut zugewachsen. Sitzplatz: schmutzig, da wurde nicht gefegt, altes Laub. Die Markise kaputt und bereits in Hecke/Efeu eingwachsen. Wespen-/Hornissennest an Giebelseite des Hauses direkt am Sitzplatz. Niedriges Gartentor, für große Hunde negativ.

Sehr gut

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir waren mit unserem Hund. Dieser hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Grundstück war abgeschlossen. Wald u. Wasser in unmittelbarer nähe. Wer seine Ruhe braucht ist es ein idealer Ort zum Abschalten u. Entspannen.

Schicker Bungalow

Wir waren vom 13.04-18.04.2025 in Loissin im Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen passend. Alles wurde mit kleinen Details abgerundet. Was nicht ganz so gut war, ist der Sichtsschutz. Wir haben einen sehr ängstlichen Hund, weswegen uns eine komplett Umzäumung wichtig war. Da das Grundstück direkt an Zugangsweg zum Wald und Wasser liegt, war es schade, daß genau dieser Blick nicht blickdicht war. Aber das sind änderbare Dinge. Was nicht klappt, ist die Internetverbindung / TV Nutzung.

Erholsame Tage - Top!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in direkter Nähe zum Wasser und auch zum Wald. In kurzer Entfernung gibt es beim Campingplatz einen kleinen Laden für Brötchen und Kleinigkeiten. Auch für Hunde geeignet, da das Grundstück im vorderen Bereich bis auf die Gartentür durchgehend durch eine hohe Hecke geschützt ist. Die Wohnungsübergabe verlief reibungslos, das Haus war harmonisch eingerichtet und sauber. Es fehlte uns ein Backofen und das Wlan ist leider nur schwach, aber ansonsten zu empfehlen

Nicht so wichtige Probleme

1. Induktionsherd 2. Heizung Den Herdtyp kannten wir bis dahin nicht und die Nutzung war anfangs nicht leicht Für die Heizung gab es keine Betriebsanleitung und wir hätten es bis zum Schluss immer mal wieder gerne wärmer gehabt. Wir haben für 2023 schon wieder gebucht. Also alles gut.
