VILLA FLORA is designed for those seeking relaxation, nature, and comfort. This house is for those who need to escape the daily grind, who want to experience Sardinia with the sea nearby but also the joy of waking up surrounded by greenery, having breakfast outdoors, reading a book on a deck chair, or listening to crickets at night.
The villa is exactly as you see it: well-maintained, welcoming, and lived-in. And those who come here often feel as though it’s a little bit theirs.

VILLA FLORA has a private, well-kept, flower-filled garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun or under the veranda. You can dine outdoors, cook on the barbecue, let the children play safely, or simply lie down and gaze at the sky.
In front of you, imposing and silent, the island of Tavolara reminds you every day that you are in Sardinia.
Inside you’ll find:
- a bright living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette
- two double bedrooms
- a bathroom with a shower
- air conditioning and Wi-Fi
- dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and TV.

Two parking spaces are available: one private and fenced next to the house, and one in the condominium parking lot.

We are in Porto San Paolo, in a perfect location: the residence is quiet and peaceful, yet just a few steps from the town center.
A supermarket, butcher, fish market, bakery, and fresh fruit are all within walking distance.
The central square, with bars and restaurants, is right around the corner.
