The villa is bright and comfortable, featuring: a living room with a breathtaking view of Tavolara Island, access to the terrace, and a double sofa bed; a double bedroom; and a double bedroom or a room with two single beds, depending on availability. A bathroom with a shower and a window. A functional kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and electric kettle. A covered terrace where you can comfortably spend summer evenings and which is also ideal for breakfast and lunch al fresco. Two sun decks from which you can admire the view while sipping a glass of wine or simply soaking up the sun. Private parking space adjacent to the villa.

The apartment is located in the residential area of Porto San Paolo, where you can admire the sea and the island of Tavolara while enjoying complete peace and relaxation. You’ll also be just a short walk from the town center, where you’ll find supermarkets, shops, a bank, a pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, and everything else you need for your vacation. Porto San Paolo also hosts a market in the town square, near the small harbor, where you can take a daily trip to the island of Tavolara. The villa is located just one kilometer from Porto San Paolo’s fully equipped beach, called Porto Taverna, and a few kilometers from Olbia Airport, the Costa Smeralda, and Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches, such as Porto Istana, Li Cuncheddi, Costa Corallina, and Costa Dorata.
