The slate stone building dates back to 1810. The cottage was renovated in 2024. You'll have access to a small private outdoor area with a terrace and lawn.

Inside, the living room with a dining area, sofa, television, and fully equipped kitchen is spacious at 22m². Following the living room, you'll find a beautiful, bright 14m² bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A 160x200cm bed (or two 80x200cm beds on request) is included. The bathroom has a large shower, vanity unit, toilet, and washing machine.

The cottage is located at the far end of the main house with its own private entrance. The owner, who lives on-site, will welcome you upon your arrival.

Nearby, visit the spectacular Château de Montgeoffroy, the Parc des Ardoisières, and the open-air shows in Trélazé all summer long. Just 40 minutes away, visit the town of Saumur and its château or the Zoo de la Flèche. Take advantage of your trips south of the Loire to discover the vineyards and their producers of Layon, Anjou, and Saumur. A tasting is a must! Just 5.7 km away, a few pedal strokes will take you back to the Loire à Vélo cycle route. Head one way towards Saumur or the other towards Angers and Nantes.

Ground-floor gîte with one step up to the bedroom and another to the bathroom. Bikes can be stored in a secure outbuilding. Electric barbecue provided.
