I had to wait for more than half an hour standing in front of the door to receive the door code which supposed to be sent one day before check in. Communication with the company was really bad. I found only one toilet paper roll and the other on was empty. And no one came to clean the room the whole week.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, aber Zugang war schwierig.es muss doch einfach regeln geben. Ich war auch anderen Hotels und Wohnung gewesen, die waren viel einfacher.

Die Apartments sind neu, modern und geräumig. Alles gut. Allerdings war weder gewischt noch gesaugt. Das ganze Apartment war voller Hundehaare. Nach kurzer Rücksprache konnte ich dann ein anderes Appartement beziehen. Das war in Ordnung.
