Emma Vacation Home - Apartment 1

The small town of Hagen is located right next to Jasmund National Park. The Emma vacation home is situated on the outskirts of town on a property of approximately 3,000 square meters, surrounded by idyllic woodland scenery. With a little luck, you can watch deer and other forest animals up close right from your window. The vacation home was newly built in 2006 and has been regularly renovated. Free internet access is available in every apartment. The house contains 3 vacation apartments, each furnished to accommodate 2 or 3 people. All apartments have a separate entrance, are fully equipped, and feature wood-burning stoves, for example. Each apartment has its own terrace or loggia, and all apartments also have access to a large shared barbecue area with a smoker and a lawn for sunbathing with patio furniture.
Private parking spaces for guests are located directly on the property. There is a carport-style structure on the property for storing bicycles.

The 2-room vacation apartment No. 1, measuring 30 square meters, is suitable for 2 people. It is located on the first floor of the house. The bedroom features a double bed. The living/dining room has direct access to the terrace; it features a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV. The integrated, modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic stove, oven, etc. The bathroom has a shower/toilet and a hair dryer.
