Die Fotos auf der FeWo Anzeige sind uralt und entsprechend überhaupt nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand. Mittlerweile ist das Haus von großen Bäumen und Büschen zugewachsen - dadurch ist es im Haus sehr dunkel. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses ist ungepflegt und über die ganzen Jahren (vermutlich 10 Jahre) nicht renoviert worden. Besonders deutlich an den Wänden und Böden zu erkennen. Leider war das Haus zudem auch noch dreckig gewesen und bedarf einer kompletten Grundreinigung. Das Haus war also sehr enttäuschend und der Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis zu dem Mietobjekt !
