The house is divided into 4 distinct areas:

The living area: It consists of a first floor with a reception area, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, a bathroom, a reading room, a study, and a terrace. The second floor features two bedrooms (one quadruple and one double), both with sloped ceilings and equipped with air conditioning, a heat pump, and radiators. It offers incredible views of the countryside and the sunrise. The quadruple bedroom has a movie projector, ideal for children to play quietly.

Dining area: A space with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a large-screen TV, and a table that seats up to 12 guests.

Inner courtyard: Featuring a spectacular wooden-beamed ceiling, sofas, an outdoor fireplace, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, and bicycles. It’s a very cool and cozy space in the summer.

Outdoor patio: A green area with an awning and a tall grapevine providing unbeatable natural shade.

Second Floor: Features two charming attic-style bedrooms (one quadruple and one double). Both are equipped with air conditioning, heat pumps, and radiators. This floor offers breathtaking views of the countryside and the sunrise. The quadruple room includes a movie projector, creating a perfect space for children to play and relax.

2. The “Merendero” (Traditional Social Area)
A spectacular dedicated space with its own fireplace, full kitchen, large-screen TV, and a dining table that comfortably seats up to 12 guests.

3. Indoor Patio
Featuring impressive wooden-beam ceilings, this area includes outdoor sofas, an outdoor fireplace, a BBQ, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, and bicycles. It is an exceptionally cool and cozy retreat during the summer.

4. Outdoor Patio
A private green area featuring an awning and a tall grapevine, providing unbeatable natural shade for your outdoor meals.
