Staff at check on very helpful & spoke very good English. Took the time to give us a map and circle the things we wanted to see including the Tapas Alley which was a blast. The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! Walking distance to everything! Lots of great places to eat & shop!

Great location in old town near all the restaurants. Not far from bus stops either. Hotel was clean. Paid breakfast buffet had a variety of options. Staff was super helpful with bagging ice and filling bottle water to go to a sporting event. Has a gym. Would definitely recommend staying there.

I loved this hotel. Great location for exploring the surrounding region with endless Pintxos options right outside the door. Also a few good wine shops in case you didn’t get to your favorite vineyard.

Room was very comfortable and the Japanese WC was a great addition. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel. The rooftop area looked great but it was wet when we visited. If you require parking notify the hotel in advance as it's an underground lift but the staff are so helpful with this. I would recommend a vineyard tour to Franco Espanola, just a short walk away. The local food is excellent and very affordable. We shall return!
