Bring your fishing poles and your pet! Pet friendly with 3 private bedrooms plus sleeping loft and 3.5 baths. Comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Less than 5 miles from Route 33 and downtown Logan. Centrally located to the state parks and local area attractions. First floor master suite with King size bed, en-suite bath with soaking tub, and access to the screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee with wooded and pond views. The loft bedroom is perfect for the family with two sets of twin over twin bunks and a children's play area. The finished lower level offers two additional bedrooms each with a Queen and twin bed. First and second floors have large stone wood-burning fireplaces. Enjoy the well equipped kitchen with JennAir appliances to prepare your meals. Relax after hiking with a soak in the private hot tub with outdoor patio seating. Timber Ranch offers complimentary WiFi and three flat screens with Roku in the great room, finished lower level, and Master bedroom. This is a restful retreat for friends and families to enjoy in the Heart of the Hocking Hills.

We had a wonderful stay! The property had so much space for our group, and the house was stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our vacation. The kitchen was especially enjoyable to cook in and made meal prep easy and fun.Communication was excellent from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we felt very well taken care of during our stay. It's clear that guest satisfaction is a priority.We would absolutely stay with this company again and highly recommend them to others looking for a great vacation experience!

Had a great weekend with my friends here! Lots of space inside and out, comfortable beds, and lots of stuff in the kitchen to use to cook and eat which was great! The only thing is the floors were a little dirty, we had some black on the bottom of our socks from walking inside. Overall would definitely use again!

Everything was clean and as described not the owner‘s fault, but there was a storm in the area, causing there to be no power. They had somebody out there within 30 minutes, looking at a generator until the power came back on. They even brought us candles in case they couldn’t get it back on before dark. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Only 2 things stood out that we didn't love (but it did not affect our stay): the smell of the water made some areas pretty smelly despite our candles; there was no insulation in the interior walls, which meant you hear everything - as soon as one person is awake, you're all awake! I recommend noise machines! Thank you for a great stay - we loved it.

The house was very well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed, appliances were great and the ginormous fireplace was amazing. There is also a two car garage which came in handy so we didn’t have to clean the snow off the cars. There is also a second fridge in the garage. Valerie was wonderful and provided very timely responses.

Amazing secluded property

What a great place to stay! It was exactly as advertised and even better in person. We had 12 people and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The deck overlooking the property and the pond was beautiful and a great place to hang out and enjoy the views. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Valerie’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for our big family, with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking together so easy. The fishing pond was such a fun bonus and provided hours of enjoyment for everyone. The location was ideal—peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short drive to Hocking Hills State Park. Valerie was an exceptional host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great stay for large group

We had a group of 9 and had a wonderful time here. The property was very clean and spacious for all of us. The check in code was incorrect on the initial welcome text, but they were extremely responsive when we called for the new code. I recommend staying here.

Beautiful Home and Property

There were three families in our group with children ranging from 5 to 16 years old. The home was absolutely beautiful and the setup was perfect for us. The property is gorgeous and the location was convenient to visit all the hot spots in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Family room downstairsThe Girls enjoyed having a family room downstairs, to get away. Kid friendly.I would recommend renting a gate if you have a toddler, or bring one with you.The kids enjoyed a front yard and big backyard They caught fire flys, fished everyday and caught hundreds of blue gill, a Bass. They used worms for the blue gills and top water popping bugs. The Bass hit on artificial worms, morning and evenings were great around the pond. The StarsWhat a View! Thank you for having a telescope it came in handy.WildlifeWe viewed deer, squirrels, there was evidence of turkey in the front yard. And beautiful birds all over. Beautiful house and property. The kids loved the bunk room. The floors didn’t seem clean when we arrived, as I found dead flies everywhere (host says it happens for 2 weeks every year and they’ve tried fixing it) and other little garbage. Also, the kitchen really lacked. There were no pans/skillets big enough for a large family. We had to run out to buy ziplocks, salt & pepper, and seasoning, which I thought they might have since I’m assuming most people only stay a couple nights. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend away though!
