One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. There were bugs in the bed, and crumbs and it was just disgusting. Dont stay here.

Great stay.

Quick check in by the nice gentleman at the front desk. Our room was very nice and clean, everything worked including the A/C. Parking area was very convenient close to our room.

We appreciated that the sheets and bathroom were clean during our stay, which was a definite positive. However, there were several areas that fell short of expectations: * There was leftover food in the fridge, which was disappointing. * The remote control was sticky and felt unclean. * The windows in the front lobby were very dirty, which gave a poor first impression. * The front desk staff member had a noticeable spill on his shirt, which appeared unprofessional. * While the breakfast was okay, the juice machine was out of order, and all three coffee pots were empty throughout the time we were there. We hope this feedback is helpful in improving the guest experience going forward.

No one came by to clean for a whole week for my whole stay. When asking if they could bring me towels I was asked to bring my dirty ones down stairs to the desk to exchange. Felt like I was treated like a criminal. Last day there the toilet broke.
