It was obvious that extra care was put into room preparation. The breakfast offered a variety of options that took extra effort to prepare; not all prepackaged items.

The hotel was easy to find and the staff was amazing. The bed and bedding was ok but i think it could have been more comfortable. The breakfast both days was perhaps the best breakfast I've had at a hotel, and each day we were greeted kindly and asked if there was anything we needed. I observed the service staff personally making more eggs for a couple that had dietary restrictions and i thought that was amazing. Anyway., Other than the beds being not that comfortable everything was truly amazing and we will stay here again,.

We were in town for a pool tournament. Thought we were going for a fun, kid free weekend, however, we were placed in the middle of a Jr high girls soccer team..... they are respectful in the evenings but the mornings were a different story. No sleeping in for us after late nights of pool tournament!

The property and the room were very clean. However, after I made the reservation through Expedia, I called the front desk and told them we needed the 1st floor and accessible. Whoever was on the desk at 5:52 pm on Sunday the 22nd said she would take care of it. It sounded like she was typing it into the reservation as I hung up. When we arrived, we were told that there was no indication that we requested it. And because we used a 3rd party, the room could not be changed. This left a bad taste in my mouth. We both had trouble getting up off the commode as there was nothing to grab on to lift up and the commodes are too short for 6 foot people. There should be a requirement for all bathrooms in hotels/motels that there be grab bars around every commode. Think about it!!

The room was very nice. The Hot tub was luke warm which was not ideal, and the swimming pool was ice cold~~ Also the shower was luke warm also. Could not get it hot, which I like to take a hot shower instead of lukewarm shower. The staff was super friendly~~~

The breakfast was great. The room had a lot of amenities. The staff was very friendly. We felt that the carpet was quite worn and the sheet had stains. Those were not appetizing features. The bathroom door was next to impossible to open. It was a sliding Barn type door. We felt it was probably a little overpriced.

Freezing pool, would stay here again

The room was clean the breakfast area was clean and the breakfast staff was really helpful. The breakfast was ok they have waffles which my kids liked. The omelets were not yummy. The biscuits were hard The walls in our room were dirty and could use to be painted. The swimming pool was FREEZING COLD. The hot tub was warm, I thought it could have been hotter. The air-conditioning worked amazingly well.
