Creekside Serenity, our deer-themed Hocking Hills log cabin, is nestled next to a beautiful creek with a small waterfall just beyond the front porch. When the water is flowing, you’ll enjoy the relaxing sounds of the babbling brook, and you’re almost guaranteed to see a deer or two wandering through…

The cabin is nicely secluded just off a chip-seal paved road on a 8 acre wooded hillside property (shared with our Sandstone Oasis cabin).

21+ to rent. AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

So pleasantly surprised to feel so comfortable staying at this cabin! It felt cozy and included all the necessary amenities we could imagine needing. The hot tub was a bonus after enjoying hours of beautiful scenery and hiking. It was clean, well taken care of and organized for ease of use. I completely enjoyed my stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! The listing was just as it stated (if not better)! Very secluded yet close to town and hiking! Very peaceful in the evenings. Spotless!!! We didn’t need a thing! We would definitely recommend!

Overall great cabin! Only complaint is that the grill is probably due for an upgrade and there was only one grill accessory/utensil.Also, the massage chair pictured has seen some better days, but we didn't use it Would definitely book here again (and bring our own grill supplies).

Beautiful cabin, sparklingly clean, easy to book and check in, minimal check out requirements. Well signed and easy to locate. Hot tub was nice, beds comfortable, perfect climate control with the AC and things were clearly labeled. The only flaws were the oven and the grill. If you don't care about that, consider this a five star cabin and go for it! The stove and oven have a complicated electronic control pad you have to turn on to use. The oven worked one night, then refused to turn on giving only electronic error messages. Messaged the host to no reply, was going to call, but reviewed the journal included for guest comments and saw repeated complaints about the same issue that did not appear to have been resolved, so didn't bother. We pivoted to enjoying local restaurants, Logan has some fun choices, no issues having a good find and finding good food. The gas grill barely functions, burners need replaced. Nevertheless, fully enjoyed the weekend, would be a five star but for those issues.

Beautiful cabin getaway

Absolutely adorable and beautiful little cabin. Very clean and enjoyable. Perfect for a couple or a few people. Scenery is beautiful and has a nice little hot tub and a fire pit. Bonus was a jacuzzi bath tub. The only thing Id suggest is a a few more cups, mugs and maybe another pan or two. Otherwise perfection.

We are familiar with the Hocking Hills area since we have been there before and this cabin was located 15 minutes from shopping and restaurants and within 25 mins of Old Man’s Cave. The Serenity Cabin had the key box by the door, and with the code you received in an email the day before, made it for easy entry. A couple minor things to point out, take a bath mat to avoid slipping in the shower and not too much storage for clothes except two small areas for hanging. They did have two luggage tables to use and manage your wardrobe that way. Otherwise, it was a very nice, clean and well kept place to stay and would definitely book again.

A lovely, secluded and serene escape that was true to to the pictures. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the porch rocking chairs and having our morning coffee as the birds chirped. A couple of things need some attention--the hot tub gave off strong chlorine fumes that burned our eyes and spoiled the experience. And, there was no propane in the tank as we prepared to grill.

Great place would stay again

It was a great place to stay. The only issue was the TV did not work. Not sure if it was the providers end. The manager came and got the fireplace working for us but wasn't able to get the TV to work. The little touches like the message chair, hot tub, fireplace and fire pit were great touches.
