The stay was very uncomfortable unfortunately. - uncomfortable room. the family room (3 beds) doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like a hostel. It has a weird layout. Bed #2 and #3 are small single beds. The AC does not work. - bad check-in experience. The receptionist who checked me in at night at first gave me a lower grade room. When i showed her my booking, she then realized i paid for the bigger room. She was also just not welcoming and friendly. - good check-out: the two receptionists in the morning were very sweet and friendly. we needed chargers and they were happy to help.

I paid for a family room, with a common area, i.e.a sofa ao our group had somewhere to relax other than just a bed to sit on. On entering my room it was just a room with a small double bed and a single. On questioning the reception staff i and showing the picture ofbthe room i had paid for, i was told they had none of those rooms available, she then gave me a key to another room which was even smaller. Basically this is false advertisement, the lady didnt speak great english but i was under the inpression, the "family room" does not exist and is being falsely advertise on expedia, when i said id just like my money back if ive paid for a room with a sofa, i was told because i booked with expedia that they cannot do that. Disgusting.

Brilliant location short walk from restaurants and bars, and next to tram hub station. Clean and good condition with helpful staff. But someone had smoked in my room and the smell wouldn’t go away. Refurbishment of building just behind resulted in enough noise at 6:30am to wake me up. Would stay there again despite the issues.

Room was dull and dingy bit dated and needs repainted. No air conditioning. Bed moved about Reception area fine. Breakfast adequate but not great selection of hot food.

Budget hotel, ideal for a brief stay

Ideal for one night stop over in Lodz. Budget hotel, very basic but very reasonable for the price, so couldn’t complain. Central location and free parking, coffee machine downstairs was a bonus.

The hotel was in a perfect location to the city centre and nearby restaurants and the tram station also, the buffet breakfast was absolutely amazingly as was the coffee machine in the main lobby .the receptionist girls were very friendly and very pretty also, i cannot find fault with this hotel at all but air conditioning in the rooms would have been nice during hot weather but that would have increased the price. Great location, friendly staff, clean, modern furnished room but just one thing - where was the wardrobe? Yes, a few hangars on the wall but wouldn't suffice if I'd had suits / been on a business trip - luckily I packed light and was in town just for fun :-)
