The house has generous surfaces and high-positioned balconies facing south and fantastic views. On the ground floor at the entrance you enter directly into the heart of the house, the newly renovated bright fresh kitchen with open floor plan with space for several to prepare a nice joint dinner together. On the lower level you will also find a living room with dining table and access to the balconies, a bedroom with double bed and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. A wooden staircase leads up to the second floor where there is another living room located centrally on the floor with TV, a bedroom with double bed and single bed on one end of the floor and another with two single beds and a balcony in the other end. Fantastic views from the many windows give the house harmony. Obs; unsuitable for small children as the stairs are open and steep, it is also steep below the terrace which has a low railing. Here you are in the heart of beautiful and magical Österlen which offers wonderful sandy beaches and countless nice excursion destinations at a short distance. Wonderful fishing villages, cozy cafes and restaurants, galleries, flea markets, vineyards, shipyards, national park, viewpoints etc. Ale stones and Kåseberga Harbor are some recommendations. For the golfer, there are many fine golf clubs to choose from, the nearest Ystad Golf Club with only a 15 minute drive. For the adventurer who wants to test paragliding, skyadventures.se in Kåseberga is recommended a few kilometers away.
