Spacious and bright house.
Seasonal rental in Locquirec. Capacity 6 people maximum.
You will be 850m from the Moulin de la rive beach (surf school) and 1.2 km from the white sands and 2km from the port (sailing school).
At the bottom of a dead end, not overlooked. Very quiet area.
You will enjoy a large garden of over 1500m².

The 120m² house has been completely renovated for maximum comfort.
- Ground floor:
Cellar with washing machine, dryer.
A large living room of 36m² (living room/dining room with table football) opening onto the terrace/swimming pool.
Dining room opening onto a wooden terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, small appliances, etc.)
A bedroom (160 bed) opening onto the terrace.
A bathroom + WC (large walk-in shower with overhead shower)

Séjour Réussi!

Magnifique propriété bien équipée pour un séjour en famille. La piscine et son dôme sont un atout indéniable pour agrémenter le séjour avec famille et jeunes enfants. Le barbecue très utile aussi par beau temps! Tout près de Plestin les Grèves pour y faire marché et autres emplettes.

Très belle maison au calme avec un grand jardin privatif. Une piscine dont la température oscillait entre 28 et 30 degrés en Avril, le top!Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil!

Wunderbar!

Das Ferienhaus war einfach wunderbar, sauber, toll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts! Highlight ist der beheizte und überdachte Pool mit Gegenstrom, aber auch das herrlich große, gepflegte und ruhige Grundstück. Die Vermieterin Stephanie war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam; wir wurden mit Wein und Crepes begrüßt! Das Haus liegt hervorragend, die Strände sind sogar in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermärkte, Restaurants etc.ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir können nur mit fünf Punkten bewerten!!!

Havre de paix

Ce fut une expérience paisible, maison de vacances avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour des vacances réussies, aussi bien pour les adultes que pour nos bébés. Literie correcte , cuisine et électroménagers disponibles, piscine très agréable, et bien équipée, on en a bien profité, ainsi que du grand jardin . Très bonne communication avec les hôtes , très attentionnés , ils nous ont tout préparé pour accueillir nos deux bébés (2lits et 2 chaises hautes) , merci encore. La région est magnifique, des vues à couper le souffle à chaque détour, les marrées hautes et basses change complètement les paysages. De belles plages dans les environs , aussi bien pour la journée que pour profiter des couchers de soleil . Un beau mélange de mer , compagne et forêt.

Mooi huurhuis

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. De omgeving en het huis en zwembad zijn mooi. Het is wel een huurhuis met de noodzakelijke dingen in de keuken, geen theemokken en theekan of andere kan bijvoorbeeld. Voor de schoonmaak betaal je nog €150 boven op de huur.

Un maison où il fait bon vivre !

Si vous cherchez un endroit sympa pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, trouvé ! ;) La maison, à 10 minutes à pied de la mer, est agréable à vivre et invite à la quiétude. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour un séjour agréable : des propriétaires attentionnés, une maison impeccable, une belle piscine, un babyfoot, des jeux, un barbecue, etc. Le top !

des propriétaires dévoué avec un très bon accueil soucieux de bien vous recevoir location correspondant a ses promesse avec de bonne découvertes notamment l environnement de la maison avec grand terrain le tout dans un calme remarquable quand tout est très bien que dire de plus on vous accueil avec du cidre du jus de pomme pétillant et des sables breton le tout artisanal s il vous plait de très bonne qualité
