A comfortable apartment located in a historic building featuring traditional architecture, perfect for comfortably accommodating two people. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Locorotondo, near a small square equipped with benches, a hammock, and a playground, where you can enjoy a completely relaxing vacation while exploring the surrounding area by car. Street parking is free. You can also book the adjacent apartment, Bianca Luna Home - Apartment 1, for a total of 6 guests.



The 45-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor (please note there is a low step at the entrance) of a building with a shared garden and is laid out as follows:



- KITCHEN with a dining table and a small kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, and moka pot

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, dresser, and TV

- BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, fan, small table and 2 chairs at the entrance to the shared garden, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Note: The fireplace in the kitchen is NOT usable.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C



Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.
