A unique home featuring a living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room. On the first floor, you’ll also find 1 bedroom, 1 shower room, a toilet, and a laundry room, as well as a cave-like room measuring approximately 30 m². Upstairs, there are two adjoining bedrooms. This recently restored historic home is located in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Loches and features an enclosed courtyard where you can park your car and let your children play safely.

Excellent séjour à loches dans ce magnifique logement

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans ce logement décoré avec goût. Magnifique salle de billard. Très bon emplacement! Il manquerai juste un porte manteau.

Très bon gîte

Petit gîte idéale pour 6 voir 7 personnes,pour notre cas, papy mamie dans la chambre rdc, et parents et enfants à l'étage.et la pièce troglodyte avec le billard est originale.
